Grass-fed and Finished Beef
On the farm we raise grass-fed beef through a managed intensive grazing system. These cattle and born and raised on the farm in conjunction with our Christmas tree operation. Cattle are typically available in the late summer and early fall and are sold as a whole, half, or a half of a half portion of beef. The cattle are delivered to the local processor and the customer is responsible for submitting the cutting instructions and picking up the meat from the processor.
